Over flyover
At roundabout turn right towards Rose Hill and Iffley
Past a parade of shops on your left
Down a hill to traffic lights
Take the first left after the lights into Iffley Turn
Straight on at mini roundabout into Church way
First right into Meadow Lane
We are the 4th on the left, number 400
If you come to a sharp right hand bend you have gone too far.

Exit M40 at Junction 9 signposted A34 Oxford
Ignore exits for Oxford and follow signs for Cowley
Exit A34 left following signs for Ring Road and Cowley A4142
follow ring road until you pass Sainsbury's on the right
At next roundabout turn left towards Rose Hill and Iffley
